Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received.

All orders will be processed during our business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST). Any emails/orders received outside of these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered by 11 a.m. the next business day.

We do our best to fulfill every order we receive. In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. We will remove the item from your order and you will not be charged for it.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the colour or size of any items in the order and it is not possible to remove or add products to an existing order.

Discreet Packaging

We will ship your product to you in discreet plain packaging to ensure your privacy is respected.

Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship internationally

All prices quoted below are in CDN$ except where noted - you will pay the equivalent in your currency.

Please note that dependent on the item ordered, all online orders are shipped either from our Distribution Centre in Jamaica or Canada.

Shipping is free on all orders over $75 - US and Canada only.

Shipping Options

Packages will be shipped via any of the following carriers depending on where you live, the weight of your order and shipping method chosen:

  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • USPS
  • DHL
  • Fedex

Shipping Time

    • If you live in Canada, your order should arrive in 5 -7 business days after processing (depending on province). Delivery is by Canada Post or UPS.
    • If you live in the United States your order should arrive in 1-5 business days after processing (depending on the method of delivery method you choose at checkout) . Delivery is by UPS or DHL.
    • If you live in Jamaica, your order should arrive in 2-3 business days after processing (depending on the method of delivery method you choose at checkout). Delivery is by local couriers.
    • For all other countries, your order should arrive in 7-14 business days after processing (depending on the method of delivery method you choose at checkout) . Delivery is by UPS or DHL.

Please note that orders take 2 days to process, which is not included in the shipping time.

Buy online pick up in store

We offer FREE in-store pickup at the following locations:

Canada: 82 Summerside Avenue, Whitby, ON, Canada, L1R 0J9

Jamaica: 15 Hillview Avenue, Kingston 10, Jamaica

When you place your order at checkout, please select In-store pickup in shipping options to choose the location you wish to pick up your order (not all items are available for pick up at both locations).

Packages are usually available for pick up within 24hrs after payment is received for in stock items and can take up to 5 business days for items not in stock at the pick up location. We will notify you by email when the order is ready for pickup.

**Please remember to bring your order confirmation email (mobile or a printed copy) with you and a valid photo ID to pick up your items.** 

Shipping Rates

Canada

Standard shipping within Canada GTA (consisting of the following locations Ajax, Brampton, Burlington, Concord, Hamilton, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Thornhill, Toronto, Vaughan, Whitby, & Woodbridge) and to London, ON is a flat rate of $15.

Shipping throughout the remainder of Canada is $15. We do not offer shipping to : Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

Jamaica

Flat rate shipping within Jamaica is as follows:

Kingston - JMD$600.00

St. Catherine  - JMD$800.00

Rest of Jamaica - JMD$1,200

All Other Countries

Shipping is from our Canada warehouse and is done by by Canada Post. Shipping cost  depends on the shipping method used - shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of the products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. If a product is found to be defective, please inform us within 10 days of receiving the product to obtain product return form. A replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge, however, the customer is responsible for shipping to us.
